WHAT WE DO
The Bridge Between supports the delivery of public-facing engagement by facilitating conversations, outreach, and listening efforts designed to reach people who are often missed by traditional approaches.
We lead and support engagement activities such as community conversations, listening sessions, focus groups, and workshops, delivered in settings and formats that reflect how people actually participate.
This may include engagement in traditional settings, as well as outreach and facilitation in everyday spaces where people already gather.
Our role is to help engagement work in practice, not just on paper.
WHY THIS WORK MATTERS
Many engagement efforts unintentionally miss people due to language barriers, time constraints, trust gaps, or formats that do not reflect how communities actually participate.

HOW WE WORK
The Bridge Between supports engagement from early planning through on-the-ground delivery.
We often contribute input during planning to help shape engagement approaches so they are realistic, inclusive, and responsive to the communities being served. We then remain involved through facilitation and outreach to ensure the intent of the engagement carries through in practice.
Whether working as part of a larger team or directly with an organization, our role is to adapt engagement in real time, maintain trust and legitimacy, and help conversations reach the people they are intended to reach.

FLEXIBLE SUPPORT, WHEN IT MATTERS MOST
Engagement does not always happen in ideal conditions. We provide support both on-site and remotely, depending on the needs of the project.
